This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical hardware products sold and delivered by Edus Vision (an associated brand of CHANDRAI Services), including interactive flat panel displays, digital green boards, cameras, and recording studio equipment.

1. Delivery Locations

We ship and deliver physical educational technology hardware to schools, coaching institutes, and colleges across Bihar (including Samastipur, Patna, Muzaffarpur, Begusarai, Darbhanga) and select regions pan-India.

2. Shipping Rates & Timelines

Shipping charges vary based on distance, order volume, and weight. Exact freight rates are calculated during billing quotes.

• Local Deliveries (Samastipur & surrounding regions): Handled within 2 to 4 business days.
• State-wide Deliveries (Bihar): Handled via freight carriers within 3 to 7 business days.
• National Deliveries (Rest of India): Handled via national courier partners within 5 to 10 business days.

3. Shipment Inspection & Damage Claims

All smart boards and interactive screens undergo comprehensive quality control checks before shipping. Upon delivery:

• The customer must inspect the external packaging for damage before signing the delivery slip.
• Any internal component damage or transit cracking must be reported to our office at info@chandrai.in within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by unboxing video proof.
